HTC Desire coming to 3 Mobile

Wednesday, 24 February 2010

The latest news from the 3-Mobile network is that it's going to be offering HTC's new Android-based smartphone, Desire, in spring this year. The Desire smartphone has a super-fast 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor and an 800 x 480 capacitive, 3.7-inch AMOLED WVGA touch-screen. It runs Android 2.1, has an on-board memory capacity of 512MB, Flash 10.1 support, and can use Micro SDHC memory cards of as much as 32GB. Very similar to the Nexus One, the HTC Desire has a sensor key in place of a trackball, and the 'Sense' overlay from HTC runs on top of Android 2.1.
That's a lot of features and massive memory packed into this sleek little handset, enough to run any app you could want, and store all your photos, videos and films. The HTC Desire that's coming to 3 will also be shipped complete with Facebook®, Twitter® and Skype applications already loaded. That makes it perfect for those who use the social networks for play or work, and a better deal than other providers are offering. So, while this amazing smartphone may be available sooner from other mobile vendors, it's well worth waiting for the HTC Desire that's coming to 3 this spring.
